Come join us in a seven day journey aboard ZENITH — a state of the art cruise spaceship — and experience the incredible sights of our galaxy. This project won Vancouver Film School's People's Choice Award in March 2017.
Concept
The briefing was given during a 45-hour SLAM challenge in Vancouver Film School. Students had to come up with a motion design video for a fictitious futuristic brand. For the concepts to be viable, criteria such as clear target audience, key message, art direction and solution to a problem had to be identified.
After brainstorming, ZENITH was created — a futuristic travel company. They offer vacation packages throughout all year for people who want to explore the universe. If you are a traveler looking for adventure or have a family wanting to relax during the holidays, ZENITH is your choice. The seven day package includes Earth, Venus, Mars and two space stations where the people can hop off the spaceship and enjoy some activities accompanied by trained staff.

The ship provides everything you will need to have the best vacation of your life. From the engaging performances of the dancing crew spectacles at the theater to the delicious food at dining favorite restaurants aboard the ship, the thrills don't stop onboard ZENITH Space Cruise. Come dance the night away in the nightclubs, place your bet in the casino and let your kids enjoy the mini golf course, pools and water parks in between.

The Logo
Inspired by sci-fi films, the ZENITH logo typography was designed specifically for the brand. The Helvetica Neue typeface was used for the accompanying line "Space Cruise".

Campaign
The strategy behind the campaign is to get people to remember their fascination with the the unknown. Being the first company to offer vacation packages to space, ZENITH showcases some of the views its public could only dream of seeing with their own eyes. By touching that nostalgic childhood dream of getting to know the universe, the campaign encourages people to buy their products and make their dreams come true.
